(multi-zone) soft foam We produce on MDI based foams for the furniture and the office furniture industry in particular. Seat cushions should be accomodated comfortable and functional for people. They are produced individually according to the customer's specification with densities of 35 - 60 kg /m3. We vary the hardness range according to your desire from super soft to specially hard. The soft foams manufactured by us are characterised by high functionality, good comfort and best quality. They are long-term - flexibly and extremely loadable and thus very economical. To emphasize that we are able to manufacture multi-zone foam of different hardness in only one processing step, i.e. on one plant. Furthermore to foam in place the inserts is the current procedure. Our system technician advises you willingly to your individual questions. |
