PUR half-hard integral foam that is a soft foam core, a closed outer skin (waterproof), a hygienic, agreeable and thus comfortable surface that can be desigend with different colours using IMC procedures. Little abrasion of the surface and solvent resistance. Elasticity and shock absorbence. Half-hard integral foams can be produced in different hardness grades after the application area. For this the density is varied with the mixing ratio of the components. Thrusts can be absorbed perfectly, the assimilated energy is deflated in the core and after that the foam goes slowly back to its origin. First of all armrests for (office) chairs are suited for an example of use. Our PUR-technician is willingly poised to set the substance after your technical needs. |
